  • Click to exand this section Create your Open-Xchange mailbox

    In order to create your Open-Xchange Mail package, please follow the steps below:

    1. Log in into your Eurodns Control panel

    2. Under the menu “EuroDNS Services” click on “Add OX Solution”

    3. Select between Starter or Business Mail

    4. Select the domain you want to associate to your mail package

    5. If you selected the Starter Mail, one email is for free. If you need more mailboxes, you can enter the number of premium mailboxes in the field "Paying:"

    If you selected the Business Mail, select the number of packs

    6. In order to use your mail package, the MX records of your domain must be updated to “mx.ecloudpanel.com.”. Select the way the DNS Zone of your domain will be updated:

    - If you select "update the DNS zone and MX records for me" the DNS Zone will be automatically updated. This is the recommended option if your domain is on eurodns name servers

    - If you select "Leave the DNS zone unchanged" you will have to configure the DNS Zone yourself

    7. Click on "Proceed"

    8. If you selected the Business Mail, you will need to choose the duration in the dropdown menu.

    If you don’t have a “Voucher Code” ignore the field and Click on “Proceed to payment” to validate you Open eXchange mail package creation

    9. On the next page check the box "I have read and accept EuroDNS terms and conditions" and click on "submit"

    In order to create your mailbox, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Under the menu “Cloud Panel” click on “Dashboard”

    2. Click on the green plus symbol  next to  the domain name

    3. In the Yellow box below, click on “Manage”

    4. Under “Configuration and Administration” Click on ”E-mail”

    5. Click on “Mailboxes”

    6. Click on “Add New Mailbox”

    7. Enter the display name of your mailbox in the field "Display name"

    8. Check the box "Login in existing domain" and enter the name of the mailbox below

    9. Enter and confirm your password

    10. Click on "Next"

    11. Check the option "Enable Antispam checking" if you want to use the antispam filter. Leave the other options in this screen as they are configured by default.

    12. Click on "Next"

    13. Specify the parameters for the webmail access and click on "Next"

    14. Click on "Finish" to create your mailbox.

    You can use your usual Email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) or wireless device (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Palm...) by appointing the following settings:

    POP3 Server     pop3.ecloudpanel.com
    IMAP Server     imap.ecloudpanel.com
    SMTP Server     smtp.ecloudpanel.com

    You can use the standard ports or TLS:

    POP3: 110
    IMAP: 143
    SMTP: 25 or 587

    Note: our outgoing mail server requires authentication.

  • Click to exand this section Create email aliases for my Open-Xchange mailbox

    1. In your EuroDNS account, go to the left panel menu: "Cloud Panel" and and click on "Dashboard"
    2. Click on the plus symbol next to the domain concerned
    3. Click on "Manage"
    4. Select the domain concerned again by clicking on "Select"
    5. Click on "E-mail" and then on "Mailboxes" 
    6. Click on the display name of the email address concerned
    7. Click on the E-mail addresses tab
    8. Click on the "Add" button
    9. enter the alias name and associate it to the domain concerned in the drop-down menu
    10. Click on "Submit"

  • Click to exand this section Change the password of my Open-Xchange mailbox

    1. Log in into your EuroDNS account
    2. Go to the left panel to the menu "Cloud Panel" and click on "Dashboard"
    3. Click on the green plus symbol  next to  the domain name
    4. In the Yellow box below, click on “Manage”
    5. Select the concerned domain
    6.  Under “Configuration and Administration”, click on ”E-mail”
    7. Click on “Mailboxes”
    8. Click on the Display mail of the email address concerned
    9. Under the General tab, click on the button "change password"
    10. Enter the new password and confirm it
    11. Click on "Submit"

    Go to the following link:

    https://webmail.ecloudpanel.com/ox6/ox.html

    Enter the complete email address in the user name field.

    Enter the password of the mailbox.

    Click on Login.

  • Click to exand this section How to check my Open-Xchange mailbox using a e-mail client

    You can use your usual Email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) or wireless device (iPhone, Windows Mobile, Palm...) by appointing the following settings:

    All these services can be accessed using TLS or default port:

    POP default port or TLS : 110

    IMAP default port or TLS : 143

  • Click to exand this section Renew your Open-Xchange mailbox

    1. Log in onto your eurodns account.

    2. Go to the left panel to "Cloud Panel" and click on "Dashboard".

    3. Click on the green plus symbol  next to  the domain name concerned.

    4. Click on "Renew".

    5. Click on "Proceed".

    6. On this page you can select the subscription period (from 3 months to 12 months). Click on "modify" if you changed this value.

    Entering a voucher code is not necessary. You can leave this field blank, if you do not have any voucher code.

    Click on "Proceed to payment".

    7. Select you payment method. Enter the payment information. Check the box "I have read and accept EuroDNS terms and conditions" and click on "Submit".
